The unit comes with filters. I purchased an extra set for future changes. I then actually purchased another set of filters to make sure I would be covered for years to come. I should have went with RO water many years ago. 😔

This reverse osmosis water tastes so much better than bottled water! I find myself drinking more water daily now that I have the machine.

Customer support is great! They respond to emails right away and work with you to identify and fix issues (can even send them a video of what’s going on). Recently, after many years of use my water dispenser had an unfixable issue and they offered me a substantial discount of $100+ off) to replace the unit. I am back up and running !
