Match the replacement kit to the exact model number or model family of your SimPure RO system. Similar-looking filters may use different connections, dimensions, media, or filtration stages.
Not always. Sediment filters, carbon filters, RO membranes, mineral filters, and post-filters can have different service lives. Follow the replacement schedule for the specific system.
Overused filters can become clogged or lose treatment capacity, reducing flow and placing additional load on downstream stages. An exhausted RO membrane may also result in poorer dissolved-solids rejection.
A sustained increase in purified-water TDS, declining rejection performance, or reduced production can indicate that the membrane or another part of the system needs maintenance.
Only when compatibility with your exact model is explicitly listed. Cartridge appearance alone is not enough to confirm that the filter will fit or perform correctly.
Many replacement filters and membranes require flushing before normal use. Follow the installation and flushing instructions provided for the specific system and replacement filter.
Reduced flow can result from clogged prefilters, membrane fouling, low feed pressure, or other maintenance issues. Checking the filter replacement schedule is a useful first step.
