Match the replacement set to the exact whole-house system model and cartridge dimensions. SimPure systems can use different combinations of sediment, carbon, KDF, and other media.
Yes. Multi-stage systems normally use cartridges in a defined sequence. Install each replacement cartridge in the stage specified by the system instructions.
Individual stages can have different filtration roles and service lives. Replace cartridges according to your system's maintenance requirements rather than automatically changing the filtration sequence.
Lower flow, increased pressure drop, visible sediment loading, changes in taste or odor, or reaching the recommended service interval can indicate that replacement is due.
Changing micron ratings affects particle capture, pressure drop, and how quickly the cartridge may clog. Use a rating that is compatible with the housing and suitable for your water conditions.
