All quality-related defects on items sold directly by SimPure or authorized resellers are covered from the date of purchase.

• Claims from purchases via Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc. are also handled by SimPure.
• Replacements may be factory refurbished or new, depending on availability.
• If replacement is not available, a partial refund may be issued according to usage time.
• Warranty on replacements: original coverage period OR 3 months, whichever is longer.

• Return of the defective item may be required for inspection.
